This neighborhood is anchored by the Oceanview Recreation Center also known as the Minnie & Lovie Ward Recreational Center. This community center was renovated in 2014 and offers many classes and services to the neighboring community. The homes in this area are very similar to those you find in the Sunset district. Some have been owned by multiple generations of San Franciscans. Some great values may be found in this area for those willing to make some improvements.
